Nest

  • For families seeking grounded, continuous support during labor and birth.

    A minimum of 3 prenatal visits to prepare your birth plan and discuss cultural preferences & comfort measures

    • Continuous labor & birth support (in-person or virtual as needed)

    • Immediate postpartum support

    • 2 postpartum check-ins (to process your birth, offer feeding and recovery support)

    • Access to private WhatsApp chat for guidance during pregnancy and early postpartum

    • Your choice of one of the following:

      • Lactation Support Session: A private, in-home or virtual consultation to address latching, positioning, milk supply, and feeding confidence.

      • Placenta Service: Choice of preparation method or ceremonial practice, including 1 print.

Rememberance

  • Experiencing loss at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum can be deeply overwhelming. Our bereavement support is designed to hold space for you and your family as you navigate grief, memory, and healing in your own way.

    This package includes:

    • Two prenatal or preparatory meetings (in-person or virtual) to discuss your wishes, cultural traditions, and emotional support needs.

    • On-call availability during the time surrounding your loss.

    • Continuous in-person or virtual support through miscarriage, stillbirth, or planned goodbye — offering comfort measures, advocacy, and a calm presence.

    • Immediate postpartum or post-loss care to assist with physical recovery, memory-making, or rituals that feel meaningful to you.

    • Two postpartum follow-ups focused on emotional processing, referrals to counseling or community resources, and gentle guidance for integrating your experience.

    • Optional add-ons: grief ceremony facilitation, memory box creation, postpartum meal support, or bereavemphotography.

  • 6–8 Weeks of Bi-weekly Postpartum Visits (5 hours each)

    • Compassionate, hands-on care during your transition into parenthood

    • Emotional support and space to process your birth experience

    • Guidance for newborn care, soothing techniques, and bonding

    • Feeding support: breast/chest, bottle, formula, or combination

    • Light meal prep or nourishing snack preparation

    • Light infant & parent household support (bottle cleaning, diapering & baby laundry assistance, etc.)

    • Gentle body and mind check-ins, ensuring rest and recovery

    Holistic Nourishment & Healing

    • Herbal teas and traditional recovery support recommendations

    • Tips and resources for postpartum rest, nutrition, and self-care

    • Optional recovery support practices (belly binding, gentle massage, or herbal baths)

    Ongoing Connection

    • Access to private WhatsApp chat for guidance between visits for continued reassurance

    • Resource referrals for IBCLC lactation support, pelvic floor therapy, or mental health

    • A closing visit to celebrate progress, answer final questions, and help you transition confidently

The Momager Method (Doula Consultancy)

  • The Momager Method™ is more than a consultation — it’s a guided experience in visioning, mapping, and anchoring your birth and parenting journey. In this signature session, we co-create your birth and parenting vision, clarify your goals, and build a plan rooted in both strategy and daily ritual.

    Whether you're preparing for your first birth or seeking clarity in your postpartum or parenting journey, this is your space to center your own ideals, name what you need, and explore the traditions, tools, and systems that will make your vision real and sustainable.

    What’s Included: minimum 3 sessions ( virtual or in-person)

    Prenatal Phase

    • One on one intake and visioning session to explore birth intentions, concerns, goals, and resources

    • Trimester-based planning that includes nutrition, holistic prep, classes, baby gear overview, etc.

    • Birth plan coaching and provider communication prep

    • Hospital/birth center “advocacy 101” - understanding how to self-advocate or work with staff.

    • Holistic healing consults with herbal support for pregnancy

    • Prenatal mental health and relationship tools including partner prep, family readiness, and single-parent support.

    Birth Prep: 

    • Labor positions and comfort measures workshop that are one-on-one, with a partner, or family or friend.

    • Guided meditations that include visualization, music selections, and birth ceremony planning

    • Induction consults or c-section preparedness (if needed).

    Postpartum Planning: 

    • Postpartum wellness consult including placenta plan, meal preparation, visitor boundaries.

    • Lactation and feeding prep, strategy, and support during the postpartum period

    • Return to work & newborn care planning

    • Emotional and mental health risk support mapping

    Ongoing Access 

    • Private WhatsApp chat for phone and text support during birth and check-ins weekly/monthly for up to three months  

    • Access to vetted provider referrals that include chiropractors, therapists, and more.

    • Discounts on full in-person doula care if you choose to upgrade at a later date

    Look at this as your personal strategy sessions for birth and parenting preparation — led by someone who sees you, holds your vision, and honors your way of becoming.

    NOTE: Travel doulas are available for a fee outside of service area should you wish to continue with inperson support

    • Private & Personalized Chat Support throughout entire journey for questions and reassurance

    • On-call from 37 weeks until birth

    • Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor

    • Comfort measures such as massage, positioning, breath-work, and advocacy support

    • Assistance in communicating with your care team for an informed, empowered birth experience

    Postpartum Care

    6–8 weeks of Bi-weekly Postpartum Visits (5 hours each)

    • Emotional and physical recovery support

    • Newborn care education and feeding assistance (breast/chest, bottle, formula, or combo)

    • Meal prep, Light infant & parent support (bottle cleaning, diapering & baby laundry assistance, etc.), and rest encouragement

    • Space to process your birth story and adjust to new rhythms

    • Guidance in integrating traditional postpartum healing practices

    Specialized Support Options :

    1. Lactation Support Session – Personalized in-home or virtual visit to establish confidence with feeding and troubleshoot challenges

    2. Placenta preparation – Safe, professional preparation of your placenta to promote postpartum healing, hormone balance, and energy
