Experiencing loss at any stage of pregnancy or postpartum can be deeply overwhelming. Our bereavement support is designed to hold space for you and your family as you navigate grief, memory, and healing in your own way.
This package includes:
Two prenatal or preparatory meetings (in-person or virtual) to discuss your wishes, cultural traditions, and emotional support needs.
On-call availability during the time surrounding your loss.
Continuous in-person or virtual support through miscarriage, stillbirth, or planned goodbye — offering comfort measures, advocacy, and a calm presence.
Immediate postpartum or post-loss care to assist with physical recovery, memory-making, or rituals that feel meaningful to you.
Two postpartum follow-ups focused on emotional processing, referrals to counseling or community resources, and gentle guidance for integrating your experience.
Optional add-ons: grief ceremony facilitation, memory box creation, postpartum meal support, or bereavemphotography.

The Momager Method™ is more than a consultation — it’s a guided experience in visioning, mapping, and anchoring your birth and parenting journey. In this signature session, we co-create your birth and parenting vision, clarify your goals, and build a plan rooted in both strategy and daily ritual.
Whether you're preparing for your first birth or seeking clarity in your postpartum or parenting journey, this is your space to center your own ideals, name what you need, and explore the traditions, tools, and systems that will make your vision real and sustainable.
What’s Included: minimum 3 sessions ( virtual or in-person)
Prenatal Phase
One on one intake and visioning session to explore birth intentions, concerns, goals, and resources
Trimester-based planning that includes nutrition, holistic prep, classes, baby gear overview, etc.
Birth plan coaching and provider communication prep
Hospital/birth center “advocacy 101” - understanding how to self-advocate or work with staff.
Holistic healing consults with herbal support for pregnancy
Prenatal mental health and relationship tools including partner prep, family readiness, and single-parent support.
Birth Prep:
Labor positions and comfort measures workshop that are one-on-one, with a partner, or family or friend.
Guided meditations that include visualization, music selections, and birth ceremony planning
Induction consults or c-section preparedness (if needed).
Postpartum Planning:
Postpartum wellness consult including placenta plan, meal preparation, visitor boundaries.
